Jack has spent most of his career working in some way alongside SA Partners. Prior to graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Surrey he spent a year in industry working on Estee Lauders continuous improvement team, hosting an SA Partners assessment in his time there. After graduating he took a role on an Engineering Graduate scheme with a large defence company before transitioning over to the Operational Excellence team, deploying management systems into the business and working alongside the SA Partners team. Jack also played a leading role in deploying the TPM & the Overall Equipment Effectiveness metric across operations within that business as well as championing adoption of Microsoft’s OFFICE365 suite to simplify and automate processes.Now, as part of the team, Jack is building on his TPM & Management Systems experience as well as bringing technical analysis and process automation skills to the table to help deliver sustainable improvement to our clients.
