Jocelyn started her career as a graduate in Babcock, allowing her to experience many aspects of the business and in particular culminating in alignment to a career in business and operational improvements. Following this she has gone on to hold positions in project management, business improvement and centralised operational excellence functions.
Her passion is in helping organizations to enable Lean and strategic change management with a strong emphasis on business culture, best practice and problem solving. In S A Partners Jocelyn supports a number of complex key accounts with project management and business analysis, supporting organisations to drive people driven change and Enterprise Excellence.Jocelyn is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a qualified train-the-trainer, holds a BA in Business Management and is currently completing and MSc in Business Analysis and Consulting.
