John started his career in working for Gillette in various engineering, production and project based roles at 4 facilities driving factory performance via Continuous Improvement. On leaving Gillette, John continued his career working in production and supply chain roles producing and delivering products into the UK Supermarkets and working at Director level reporting into the board. He has worked in multinational companies as well as family owned SME businesses.
John joined SA Partners in January 2019 as a Consultant and has focused on supporting our food and retail clients.John is passionate about introducing Continuous Improvement onto the shop floor and helping clients engage all staff in driving performance.

- University of Sussex – B.Eng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering.
- University of Cambridge – Postgraduate Certificate in Design manufacture and Management.
