Juliette has been a consultant with S A Partners since 2005, prior to this she enjoyed a successful career within the Automotive Industry. An Industrial Product Designer by training, she undertook a graduate training programme visiting every business department within the organisation to understand more about how the business functioned. One of her strongest memories of this time was a bet made by a production supervisor that once she’d done her stint on the shop floor she’d never visit the floor again.

This moment sparked an interest in her early career around the integrations and relationships between managers and their teams and between on and off shopfloor functions. It led to a 3 year diversion from product engineering into project management of a 3 year business transformation programme and then a subsequent move to head up the Design and Business Development Teams for UK semi-trailers market. It was here through engineering and shopfloor alliances, some of the most technically innovative products for trailers were realised and to this date have never been reproduced by competitors.Juliette has worked as a Managing Consultant in a variety of sectors (Automotive, Food, Finance, Service, Retail, Logistics, Distribution, Pharmaceutical and Construction), leading major consulting interventions with clients as diverse as Arla Foods, West Herts NHS, Imtech Engineering, John Lewis, L’Oreal, Wright Medical, Specsavers and IRI.

Her passion still lies in the innovation value stream but also in the behavioural aspects of business change. Her particular focus lies in the part dialogue (and coaching in particular) plays in engagement and development of team performance. She is a master practitioner and product lead for SoundWave; the application of skilful dialogue and an EMCC qualified coach and mentor.Testimonial
