Maria works as a Consultant within our US team covering South America. She has extensive experience in the public and private sectors where she has helped develop leaders create engagement with their teams. Maria has a background in Environmental Management and Engineering. She is an experienced business consultant having worked with blue-chip companies around the world.Maria is passionate about leadership and engagement. She has a focus on culture change and supporting others deploy the right behaviours through training, coaching and mentoring. Maria has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management and is one of our Soundwave practitioners.
