Mark Taylor

Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has developed an innate ability to deliver improvement and sustainable change projects, with a dedicated focus on Enterprise Excellence and Continuous Improvement.  He is regarded as a change agent and clients seek out his expertise particularity in circumstances where the creation of a collaborative environment amongst stakeholder groups is important.

With significant experience in creating the environment for change at the leadership level, his ability to deliver improvement and sustainable change has been successfully demonstrated across a range of projects – most recently with Australian Department of Defence, BHP, Petronas, JLL, Airbus, professional services and financial services clients.

As Chief Operating Officer for S A Partners in APAC, Mark is supporting the development of the business in Australia and the region.

As a leading advisor to Boards and senior management for over 30 years, Mark has successfully driven Leadership and Continuous Improvement programs across government and large corporations throughout Australia, SE Asia, Europe and Middle East.

Mark works closely with Boards and senior management across large corporations and government agencies that are undergoing change and transition.  His list of clients can be found across Australia, SE Asia, Europe and the Middle East.  In 2007 he founded Secora, the largest boutique Continuous Improvement practice in Australia with operations throughout the country and in SE Asia. He has a particular interest in Leadership and has driven many successful programs embedding Leadership and Continuous Improvement thinking.
