Mat is a highly motivated and experienced business leader with over 20 years experience. Prior to joining S A Partners Mat held a Senior Leadership position within a highly regulated and customer focused organisation that has over 3,500 employees, 3 million customers and 830 sites. He has extensive experience in the design and delivery of multi-site improvement programmes, which included the development of skills and capability in Lean and Continuous Improvement.
Mat is a Master coach and has excellent communication and influencing skills and is passionate about employee engagement and aligning behaviours to deliver ideal results. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
