I joined S A Partners bringing a commercial background in business development, account management, marketing and business operations to the team. Following 5 years building and managing global Lean and Six Sigma events, I’ve focused my career within Lean and Process Improvement consulting. Most recently I was European MD for a global Lean Six Sigma consulting and training business working hand-in-hand with clients to design and deliver solutions to support their operational excellence journey.
My passion lies in helping clients to unlock business potential through operational excellence. I believe that people lie at the heart of any successful business and that driving engagement and capability is key to the success for any journey towards excellence. I enjoy working collaboratively with the business, partners and clients to drive value and inspire change. I value trust, honesty and reliability in any work or personal relationship and look to live by that every day.
I’ve predominantly worked with global and multilingual clients looking to drive common standards and approaches to improvement across their business. Key sector experience includes, engineering, life sciences, manufacturing and business services, amongst many others.My involvement spans deployments throughout Europe, USA and Asia, managing both the cultural and linguistical complexities inherent in large multinational companies. When asked, clients find my approach pragmatic, flexible and people focused, putting the client relationship at the heart of everything I do.
