He supports a range of our clients with their Operational Excellence and certified training programmes. Mick has extensive practical experience having held operational management and continuous improvement positions in Toyota; Rolls Royce and Airbus.Mick is passionate about employee engagement and behaviours – believing that everybody has good intentions and the role of a leader is to harness, recognize and celebrate the right behaviours.
