Nik Taylor is a consultant specialising in TPM who earned his degree in supply chain management from the university of South Wales. He has spent 15 years working in operations from front line through to senior leadership and head of continuous improvement where he has a wide range of experience deploying continuous improvement systems in retail, call centres, procurement and finance through to FMCG manufacturing and utilities.Through this experience Nik has developed a people centric approach to operational excellence which has delivered sustainable business improvements and developed the skills and behaviours, across all levels of the organisations, necessary for a culture of continuous improvement.
