Phil is Sector Head for Process Industries and specialises in the development and deployment of Enterprise Excellence Programmes across multi-site organisations. He is also one of our TPM lead consultants and has been successful in supporting companies to use this approach to improve reliability and productivity. Phil believes that improvement is a change that needs to be embedded into the mindsets and behaviours of all employees in order to realise an organisations true potential.He works with customers at an executive level on programme design and strategy and also delivers a number of the accredited training programmes – virtually and onsite.
