Richard is our Operations Director and also Sector Head for Retail & Distribution. He has over 15 years experience working with clients across the retail and distribution sectors. He has also worked in Automotive, Food, Financial Service, Engineering and the Public Sector.
Richard’s primary goal is to support executive teams resolve their business challenges.He specialises in designing organisational transformation programmes that deliver rapid sales and profit uplift via highly engaged teams. He is an expert in strategy development, end to end supply chain improvements, improvement systems and executive coaching.
