With multiple business sector experience, he has a unique perspective that brings to life the core aspects of S A Partners offerings. These include Leadership and Coaching, Culture and Behavioural Change Programs, Continuous Improvement Capability and Enterprise Excellence Assessments.
The most recent sectors he has worked with include Government and Defence, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Mining/Energy and Utilities. His engagements and relationships with his repertoire of clients last for years, which is testament to his passion for Customer Value and service delivery – which form the S A Partners brand promise.Richard is a Senior Partner within the S A Partners organisation and is currently the CEO for our APAC region. He holds a Masters in Engineering alongside his C.Eng.
