Simon is a senior partner and Managing Director of S A Partners and supports a number of our international clients at a strategic level, with the development and deployment of Enterprise Excellence programmes. He is also a mentor and coach to a range of senior industry leaders, supporting them to develop their leadership skills. Simon is an LCS Master Coach and an accredited Shingo Trainer, and truly believes that our core purpose is to make tomorrows work better than todays. Having worked in nearly every sector Simon is able to support change through a focus on skills, people and behaviours. Prior to joining S A Partners in 2001, Simon was the Managing Director of a successful manufacturing company.
