Steve is one of our Senior Associates and works with our customers on the development and deployment of Lean transformation programmes. He is passionate about realising true Customer Value through a Lean Business System which removes waste and delivers profitable growth.Steve has over fifteen years experience leading successful change programmes, utilising both Lean and Six Sigma principles, in a wide variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Food and Retail. Steve has an MSc in Lean Operations.
