Tom holds a Masters in Lean Enterprise Excellence (Lean Black Belt), a BSc in Quality Management and Technology from IT Sligo, BEng in Mechatronics from IT Sligo.
He has been working in the operational excellence space for over 7 years and he has a background in Maintenance Engineering with over 16 years’ experience.
Tom has extensive experience in the Pharma industry; as well as experience within food and manufacturing industries. Tom also has four years experience as a Non-Executive Director in the finance industry.
